Internship & Collaboration

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, coordinating tests and interviews, and managing the hiring process for both technical and business functions;
• Join in building and maintaining a comprehensive candidate database, including inputting accurate candidate and employee information into internal systems;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing inspiring and accurate information about career opportunities at Zalo;
• Proactively connect with potential candidates to share recruitment campaigns and opportunities;
• Other tasks upon request.

• Candidates with experience in HR or related fields are preferred;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Internet;
• Familiar with basic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent;
• Effective communication skills and strong problem-solving skills;
• Full-time availability is required;
• Strong ability to articulate ideas through written content;
• Drive a strong passion for recruitment.
