• Phân tích và xác định các yêu cầu nghiệp vụ liên quan đến tra soát giao dịch thẻ, chuyển tiền, và thanh toán dịch vụ trên ứng dụng
• Xây dựng chi tiết tài liệu yêu cầu cho hệ thống
• Thực hiện kiểm thử yêu cầu theo tài liệu đặc tả, đảm bảo hệ thống đáp ứng đúng/đủ so với tài liệu được phê duyệt.
• Đề xuất các cải tiến và tối ưu hóa quy trình tra soát giao dịch nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả và trải nghiệm người dùng.
• Đánh giá và triển khai các công nghệ mới để nâng cao khả năng tra soát và đối soát giao dịch.
• Xây dựng tài liệu hướng dẫn, đào tạo người dùng
• Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của LĐ Phòng/Khối/Tổ dự án

• Analyze and define business requirements related to card transaction inquiries, fund transfers, and digital payment services.
• Develop comprehensive system requirement specifications (SRS) in alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system deliverables meet approved requirements.
• Identify and propose process enhancements to improve transaction investigation efficiency and user experience.
• Assess and adopt new technologies to strengthen transaction monitoring and reconciliation capabilities.
• Prepare user manuals, training materials, and conduct user training sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Department, Division, or Project Team Leader.
