Avantage® Entertainment is a new global entertainment brand focused on mobile and online gaming. From the beginning our vision has been to become the Peoples Choice of premium online gaming experiences.

We are currently casting for Announcers/Commentators to offer language alternatives for our existing Digital and Live Dealer games. If you love Baccarat and have experience as a podcaster, vlogger or influencer, this is just the opportunity for you.

All trainings, rehearsals and recordings will be conducted remotely. We are seeking ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENT personalities who are BILINGUAL OR MULTILINGUAL in Traditional and Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, and/or Thai. Knowledge of baccarat including play, strategy, drawing rules and roads is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Qualified candidates can work remotely from anywhere.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Language proficiencies as outlined above
• Ability to meet and rehearse (around Pacific Time Zone GMT-8) to prepare for project
• Commentators will be off camera and stream in 3-hour blocks with the potential to stream more than one block/day
• Be well versed in Traditional Baccarat and Avantage Baccarat game rules (training provided), strategies and play analyses
• Work closely with Avantage staff and contractors regarding all aspects of planning and production

Requirements

• Knowledge of baccarat as described above so as to speak confidently about the game
• Bilingual and multilingual (English + Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, and/or Thai)
• Fun, outgoing, engaging personality
• Excellent communication skills in English and additional languages relevant to project
• A clear speaking voice with excellent pronunciation
• Must be able to speak and present material in an informative, entertaining and interesting fashion
• Home studio to be able to present and communicate in a professional manner
• Laptop or Desktop
• Excellent Lapel or Stand Microphone
• Quiet Space to Work in Seated Position

Must:

• be computer literate
• be able to multi-task as you will be watching and commentating on the game, communicating with the director/producer and other staff, etc.
• have equipped home studio set-up

Compensation:

• Contractor status
• Pay commensurate with experience

Pay: 376,200₫ - 1,003,200₫ per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 24 per week
