Job description We are seeking a skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our growing Data & AI team. This individual will play a key role in building and deploying machine learning models, with a focus on both image classification and property evaluation algorithms. As we establish our AI and data platforms from scratch, this role requires a strong foundation in AI, machine learning algorithms, and DevOps practices in AWS environments. The Senior AI Engineer will work in a fast-paced, Agile environment and contribute directly to the development of FGFs marketplace solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, including image classification and property evaluation systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI use cases and gatherrequirements for model development.
• Build and maintain scalable, reliable AI pipelines using AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, etc.).
• Implement and manage MLOps pipelines for seamless deployment, monitoring, and retraining of AI models.
• Research, select, and implement appropriate ML algorithms for property evaluation and pricing models.
• Prepare, preprocess, and clean large datasets to ensure model accuracy andefficiency.
• Leverage AWS tools and DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) of AI models.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Document system architectures, processes, and technical solutions comprehensively.

Your skills and experience Required:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience: o At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment. o Proven experience with image classification models and ML algorithms for property evaluation or pricing. o Hands-on expertise with AWS services, including SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3, and related AI/ML tools. o Background in system architecture and DevOps with expertise in CI/CD.
• Technical Skills: o Proficient in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, Scikit-learn). o Strong understanding of MLOps tools and frameworks (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow). o Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS-based container orchestration. o Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms and evaluation techniques.
• Soft Skills: o Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. o Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.

Preferred:

• Experience in the automotive or EV industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and lean management principles.
• Knowledge of solution architecture and AI/ML pipelines.
• Prior experience in property valuation models and computer vision is a strong plus.
