Job Description: Key responsibilities:
  • Works in a team-based, fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • Is resourceful, has an aptitude for learning new skills, and initiative to participate in integrated projects.
  • Support Account team in daily tasks: follow up assigned tasks with related internal teams, search for reference information, prepare competitor reviews, and collect on-site details of brands and products (location visit and report).
  • Ensure superior quality service and marketing ideas are delivered to clients, followed by effective & timely implementation.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for clients meetings, handling meeting recaps and follow-ups.
  • Undertake administrative tasks and paperwork documents, understand internal processes, and strictly comply.
  • Be the eye and ear of your team and keep us updated with new observations/ trends/ insights/ ideas in the market and culture.
  • Conducts research to support business needs.
  • Utilises platforms to manage and update team/client programs.
  • Supports the goals and initiatives of the team/client/business.
  • Participates in networking and mentorship opportunities.
Job Requirements Knowledge & Experience
  • Pursuing a university degree in marketing/ business/ commerce/ management or relevant fields.
  • Have a basic understanding of brand building & communication.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
  • High English fluency in speaking and writing.
