Location: Ho Chi Minh, VN, VN Job Function: Supply Chain Management Requisition Number: 154813 Description: Job Summary Provide timing support in planning for demand of inventory, manage stock & control supply of CDV products General Responsibilities 1/ DEMAND PLANING & SUPPLY PLANNING
  • Manage and adjust inventory plans to respond to product demand changes and employ an appropriate strategy for each inventory class
  • Control & manage, highlight stocks as requested each shipment & control stocks purchased not exceed sales cycles as approval & comply with PM stocks purchase rules
  • Control demurrage cost, Control damaged/ claiming stock: Received compensation; push sales clear opened/ damaged stock:
  • Collaborate with sales team to review the inventory position, stock aging and clearance of dead stock to maintain optimal stockholding Manage existing inventory using material requirements planning (MRP) system to maximum effect for optimum inventory scheduling and forecasting
  • Monitor and highlight over/under stocking and propose strategies to improve forecasting process
  • Liaise with clients to ensure clients are serviced well in terms of inventory requirements
2/ LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT
  • Ensure investigation and appropriate corrective action is taken for non-compliance processes/practices to standard operating procedures and standards
  • Analyze issue details, identify cause of issue, and provide effective and sustainable measures that can support company long tem business development
  • Maintain compliance of consignment inventory management processes
3. REPORT MONTHLY
  • Prepare report S&OP

Functional Skills and Knowledge
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge in inventory management and control, including supply chain management, procurement systems and logistics operations ,
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of warehousing, distribution, transport
  • Understanding of distribution centers, distribution and have experience of chemical regulations on transportation,
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of SAP - material requirements planning (MRP) system
  • Proven experience in the import procedure of chemical, dangerous goods & food regulations.
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge in process and cost optimization
  • Proven experience in call center/customer service environments
  • Proven ability in multi-tasking and prioritizing workload
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail, follow-through and accuracy
Education
  • Bachelor Degree
Work Experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years working in supply chain
