Mô tả công việc:

  • Thực hiện các công việc lễ tân: chào đón khách, trả lời điện thoại, quản lý lịch phòng khám và nhắc lịch các cuộc hẹn, cung cấp các tư vấn về dịch vụ tại phòng khám đến khách hàng.
  • Quản lý - cập nhật các ghi chú bệnh nhân kịp thời, lưu trữ thông tin liên hệ của bệnh nhân.
  • Theo dõi kế hoạch điều trị.
  • Giải quyết các khiếu nại, thắc mắc của khách hàng.
  • Kiểm xoát hóa đơn, kiểm tra tiền mặt và chuẩn bị ghi chú các giao dịch, báo cáo ngày/ tháng và các báo cáo khác được yêu cầu bởi bộ phận Tài chính.
  • Quản lý và đánh giá dịch vụ khách hàng.
  • Chuẩn bị các quy trình bồi hoàn bảo hiểm nếu có yêu cầu.
  • Các công việc khác được giao phó bởi Quản lý Điều hành và Giám đốc.

Chức vụ: Nhân Viên/Chuyên Viên

Hình thức làm việc: Toàn thời gian

Quyền lợi được hưởng:

  • Lương CB + thưởng + BHXH theo quy định.
  • Phép 12 ngày/năm.
  • Chế độ tăng lương 1 năm/lần.
  • Thưởng lương T13 + lễ tết theo quy định công ty.
  • Du lịch 1 năm/ lần.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Cao Đẳng

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Tiếng Trung thành thạo
  • Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt.
  • Kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực nha khoa/ hoặc từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên trong lĩnh vực chăm sóc khách hàng (đặc biệt khối khách sạn, nhà hàng).
  • Nhanh nhẹn, có chút ngoại hình.
  • Tuổi 23-35
