The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job Description:
  • Core team member in design, development, and managing seller program initiatives to ensure the team achieved target KPIs.
  • Analyze the performance of initiatives to identify opportunities for improvement, eg. in terms of frameworks and processes optimization and strategy.
  • Work cross-functional (i.e., cluster, marketing, external parties, and BI) to drive initiatives and collect feedback on how to improve the program further.
  • Act as a business process owner, and participate in upper management meetings to present projects’ initiatives and performance.
  • Work closely with RMs to collaborate with key brands in co-marketing efforts in terms of planning & execution of campaigns/new initiatives to grow their presence and sales on Shopee.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in e-commerce, analytics, or consulting.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving; comfortable with numbers, working with large datasets and conducting analyses.
  • Able to put in processes and structure to drive effective execution.
  • Flexible and adapt well to changes.
  • Detail-oriented, critical thinking, organizational skills.
  • Able to navigate through the organization and work well cross-functionally.
  • Advanced usage of MS Excel; coding and/or SQL skills a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; fluent in written and spoken English.
