JOB OBJECTIVES:

A Financial Accountant is responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements based on the Australian Accounting Standards. This role involves working closely with the accounting team to manage financial transactions, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Transaction Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, and manage cash flow.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines, and prepare for audits.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Financial Statements preparation:

• Conduct general accounting (Monthly journals and accruals, Fixed Assets).
• P&L Preparation for Australian entities and International entities excluding Vietnam.
• Complete Balance Sheet reconciliation for Australian entities and International entities excluding Vietnam.
• Review Balance Sheet for non-Australian entities.
• Payroll for Australian entities.

2. Corporate Governance:

• Audit preparation and coordination in line with AASB’s.
• Monthly Tax calculations.
• Supply of information for Tax returns.
• Internal Audit Process and coordination.
• Drafting of accounting policies.
• BAS / FBT Provision of information to external accountants.
• Covenant reporting preparation.

- Support and cooperate with the Finance - Accounting Department in specific tasks.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the Senior Financial Accountant.

Yêu cầu công việc:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven experience in Financial orAccounting and related background.
• Strong understanding of Accounting software and Excel.

SKILLS:

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in English (04 skills).
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
