Zalo Short Video is a newly updated feature on the Zalo application that allows users to create, watch, and share videos shot on mobile devices.

What you will do
  • Participates in design, development, implementation of Zalo;
  • Develop high-volume, low-latency applications, delivering high-availability and performance;
  • May provide technical solutions and system architecture;
  • Program and optimize to ensure the best performance, quality and responsiveness of the applications;
  • Define site objectives by analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality;
  • Prepare and produce releases of software components;
  • Continuous improvement by researching new alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review;

What you will need
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Full-stack Developer or similar role;
  • Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React JS, Next JS (60%);
  • Strong backend experience with Java (40%);
  • Experienced in SQL and NoSQL, good understanding how to optimize database in a large system;
  • Excellent of object-oriented programming, data structures and algorithms;
  • Excellent of Linux operating system, Web and network protocols such as: UDP/TCP, Get/Post, Session/Cookie, HTTP/HTTPS ...;
  • Good at problem-solving skills and creative under high pressure;
  • Young, active and willing to learn new technologies;
  • High responsibility, young, active, good at individual and team work;
  • Be able to read and understand English documents.
