QMS Engineer Manage and ensure the quality management system operates effectively, complying with the requirements of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards. About the job:
  • Oversee effective implementation of the Quality Management System throughout the company, including any business accreditations.
  • Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business.
  • Analyse current and future procedural needs of the business
  • Organise and manage the plant internal audit system and the corrective action reporting request.
  • Conduct Quality Systems audits and assist in training/guidance to other auditors.
  • Provide training on 7 QC tools, 5Why, 8D for the person in charge of other departments.
  • Coordinate the review of Quality procedures associated with plant continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage quality KPIs, request and evaluate action plan from related department when the KPI fail.
  • Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), and Measurement System Analysis
About you:
  • At least 3 years experience of quality background in quality management system.
  • Familiar with ISO9001/ IATF16949 management system;
  • Familiar with automotive related standard;
  • Internal audit certificate (ISO 9001/ IATF 16949) is required.
  • Leading, presenting skill, can independent meeting online with colleagues in France/ US/ China.
  • Good at English Listening/ Reading/ writing/ Speaking.
