This role requires a friendly, outgoing, and organized individual who can efficiently manage guest flow, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally. Manage the waiting list, ensuring accurate wait times and seating arrangements. Seat guests promptly and efficiently, considering table availability and guest preferences. Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area. Assist with reservations and inquiries. Provide basic information about the restaurants menu and specials. Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. Work effectively as part of a team. Support accountant to issue daily VAT invoices.
