Job description:

    • Support sales in sales & operation planning (S&OP), gather data from sales persons and prepare for S&OP meeting weekly
    • Support Sales in making reports (daily/ weekly/ monthly sales reports,…), checking contract, promotion
    • Check and follow up sales orders as the company process
    • Upload business trip request/ approval on the system and collect documents, invoices to claim related payment as the policy
    • Manage documents of the team
    • Support team in other tasks as assigned

Job requirement:

    • Graduate in Business administration, Economics, English, or related field
    • At least 1 year of working experience in Sales Support, Sales admin or Administration
    • Good communication skills, negotiation skills
    • Good at English (>500 score of TOEIC) and office computer skills
    • Well on job organizing, planning and critical thinking
    • Hard-working, dynamic, high sense of responsibility, teamwork, disciplined working spirits
    • Willing to learn, adapt and to be flexible in new environment/or situation
