Main responsibilities:
To manage Online Growth Model of portfolio with combination of Brand Management, Trade Marketing & Performance Marketing. The incumbent will be responsible for developing shopper marketing strategy and execution to drive online business. This person is responsible and accountable for supporting the E-Commerce Country Lead and Teams in achieving their sales objectives by analysing and optimizing the visibility and engagement of our brands in-line with e-tailer’s digital strategies.
This individual will drive online share through digital shelf levers, creative development, content ownership and syndication, user experience (UX), search results, and the development of digital content to drive e-tailer traffic.
- Develop and Manage Brand/Store Strategic Plan in E-Commerce; including eNPD (if have)
- Responsible to manage E-Commerce Brand P&L ANP to sales target plan and forecast
- Work closely with E-Customer Country Lead and agency Performance Marketing Specialist to drive Traffic & Conversion Rate to Brand/Store through optimal Media & Marketing Spend Management
- Conceiving, planning and execution of key promotion, activation, and brand related activity
- Monitor in platform pricing for Sanofi store as well as competition to find optimization opportunity
- Coordinate with E-Customer Country Lead and Brand team to develop content & implement across E-Commerce onsite (e.g., Store, SKU and PDP page, campaign/promo banners, search banner) and offsite (e.g., Facebook CPAS, Google Shopping Ads, Affiliate program etc.) in line with the brand guidelines & maintain tracking of portfolio content across all platforms and ensure always up to date (bundles, promos, new thematic etc.).
- Work with E-Customer Country Lead in creating in-store visibility and traffic for specific and cross category SKUs including content, visibility and converted traffic through Marketing Program, both National and Channel specific.
- Oversee the Customer Service performance (included CRM) on product discussion, sentiment analysis as well as reviews & rating – operational excellence
- Design and increase the impact of the online marketing investment through continuous improvement by measuring, analysing, and interpreting campaign results and utilizing this information to improve return on investment for future campaigns.
- Analyse the integrated traffic verse sales report performance across online sales channels.
About you
Education:
- Graduate degree in marketing, management degree (preferable)
Experience & knowledge:
- 3+ years successful experience within a leading FMCG (Personal Care/Cosmetics) industry
- Experience working in regional/zone
- Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, eCommerce marketing
Core Competencies:
- Strong bias for action, a high degree of personal accountability and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Track record of working cross-functionally and leading projects
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable digging under the surface to uncover insights, reach logical conclusions and recommend actions back to the business in a compelling way.
Language:
- Fluent English
