Department Operations LevelExperienced (Team Lead) LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh City

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:
  • Co-develop and drive the delivery of People sustainability targets in relation to business objectives
  • Work with HR counterparts to develop and deliver a long-term capacity-building plan
  • Act as the Project Manager to drive assigned projects from feasibility study, requirements collection, and project planning to execution as per defined scope and timeline.
  • Act as the Business Product Manager to collaborate with the local Products team to design & implement HR technology solutions such as Workforce Management, Knowledge base management, etc.
  • Ensure on-time progress updates and sufficient communication to relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Highly motivated with a personal passion for sustainability
  • Logical and structured thinking with detailed orientation.
  • Good at problem-solving and stakeholder management.
  • Analytical thinker, action-oriented, numerate
  • Be open, flexible, and enjoy a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in change management, including strong influencing and collaboration skills
  • Experience in project management is a Must
  • Experience in HR ecosystem implementation projects is a plus
  • Good at writing and presentation in both Vietnamese and English
