Job Description The Chef De Partie - Indian Kitchen is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting a range of Indian dishes. This role involves overseeing a specific section of the kitchen and working closely with other chefs to ensure high food quality and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Indian cuisine and be able to manage and motivate junior kitchen commis.
