Main Purpose:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by users to Infrastucture Team
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
  • Install computer peripherals for users.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved

Key Accountabilities:

  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
  • Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.
  • Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support and infrastructure administration.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and cloud-based solutions in Azure.
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and remote support tools.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively in English with international teams and vendors.

  • Networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
  • Client service mindset

  • Good English communication skills
