Support onboarding new merchants (Including: sending merchant information to functional teams for verification and evaluation, preparing contracts, setting up…...

  • Support onboarding new merchants (Including: sending merchant information to functional teams for verification and evaluation, preparing contracts, setting up the system,...).
  • Assist in developing and implementing new business initiatives and strategies.
  • Collaborate with all functional teams (Merchant Marketing team, Data analyst, Plan & Strategy, Product team) to achieve KPIs while keeping our Merchant satisfied and engaged with ZaloPay.
  • Monitor and manage campaigns/ initiatives planned to achieve best performance needed.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business functioning.
Yêu cầu
  • From 1 year experiences with Business Operation roles or Key Account roles, candidates who have background of Fintech, Retail, eCommerce, or Banking will be a plus.
  • Actively manage tasks, including: KPI Planning, Marketing Planning and Following up with execution.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, teamwork, leadership, high adaptability, self-motivation, and able to inspire others.
