- Advanced experiences of front desk tasks.
- Arrange roster for staff, coordinate well with other departments
- Ensure hotel requirement are well known and followed among team
- Actively train & motivate team, improve their skills up to hotel chain standard on delivering detailed and professional service
- Handle issue smoothly, communicate with guests as hotel Rep.
- Audit all booking transaction/ payment of reception frequently
- Familiar with OTA extranet, hotel management system
- Maintain a neat and orderly front desk reception area and other public area.
- Ensure guest overall experience quality including: breakfast, stay, play.... by coordinating with other dep & Hotel Manager
- This position will report directly to Hotel Manager
- Shift M: 0700-1500, shift A: 1500-2300, shift Mid: 0900-1700 (No night shift required)
- Basic salary + Service Charge + meal allowance
- 100% foreign guests

- Good grooming
- Able to lead, supervise and motivate people
