Work you’ll do Deloittes Risk Assurance division help organizations build value by taking a Risk Intelligent approach to managing financial, technology, and business risks.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and delivering value-added insights and solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, IT environment, and industry-specific challenges to tailor audit approaches and solutions.
- Lead a team of talented IT auditors in delivering high-quality services, assessing IT risks, and enhancing the effectiveness of clients IT governance, controls, and processes.
- Lead and oversee IT audit engagements from planning to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables within established timelines.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop audit programs to address key IT risks, including cybersecurity, data privacy, IT governance, and emerging technologies.
- Evaluate the design and effectiveness of IT controls, identify control deficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and mentor a team of IT audit professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to support their professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the firm, including cybersecurity, technology consulting, tax, and audit, to deliver integrated solutions and maximize client impact.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in IT audit and risk management to enhance service offerings and client value.

Requirements
- Proven business development skills, including the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities, build relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth of the firms IT audit practice.
- Strong leadership experience leading a dynamic IT audit and/or IT security.
- Proven track record of leading complex IT audit engagements, IT security assessment, managing client relationships, and delivering impactful recommendations.
- Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Studies, or equivalent.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in IT audit, IT security, IT risk management, or related roles, and experience in a consulting or professional services environment is a plus
- Pursing or certified with certifications such as CISA, ISMS Lead Auditor, CISSP, CISM, etc is preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST Cybersecurity Framework), regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR), and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
