(Mức lương: 13 - 15 triệu VNĐ)

1.Handle Import - Export tasks

  • Preparing the shipping documents
  • Preparing the shipping documents to open the Custom Declearance Sheet

2.Handle the input, output warehouse documents

  • Preparing the input, output warehouse documents.

3.Handle new PO

  • Processing the new PO
  • Created the new item code for the new PO and updated the VAT tax.
  • Updating the new PO list in monthly

4.Follow Logistics cost

  • Estimated tax and logistic costs
  • Checking the debit note for domestics supplier to issue VAT invoice.
  • Make oversea payment request
  • The other tasks assigned by Manager.

  • Bachelors degree. (Logistics field is prefferable)
  • English: Upper-Intermediate level.
  • At least 5 years experience as Customs & related business field.
  • Proficient in using VNACCS
  • No job hopper (3 years in each company.)
  • Understand the legal regulations on customs declaration.
  • Japanese: N2 Intermediate level.
  • Working time: 8 am - 5 pm Mon - Fri and 1 Sat/month
