The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:
  • Responsible for managing and monitoring activities of inbound/outbound tools and equipment/consumables for Hubs/SOC as required. Ensure SPXs operational activities are carried out effectively according to procedures
  • Closely monitor team activities to ensure tasks are carried out on schedule and according to process.
  • Manage and be responsible for all warehouse activities in the area in charge: ensuring safety of goods, and property
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues when issues occur
    Participate in projects to improve systems, processes, etc.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Management
Requirements:
  • Honest, careful, proactive in work
  • Agile, enthusiastic, able to work independently, able to withstand high pressure at work.
  • Can go on long business trips
  • Proficient in computer skills, management, and data processing
  • Experience in team management, analysis, and organization to solve problems
