We are seeking innovative companions for the role of Senior Product Specialist. This role will be among the enthusiasts of Zalo Official Account - a platform for B2C communication on Zalo. The ideal candidate would have a solid skill set in product development, a data-driven mindset, and a can-do attitude to perform multiple tasks. The opportunity is not only for experienced Product guys but also open for BAs/Developers who thirst for challenging yet rewarding achievements and ready to shift their careers to Product roles. As a Senior Product Specialist, you will be part of a cross-functional team to help innovate and execute product initiatives. The Senior Product Specialist might expect to deal with constant challenges and ever-changing priorities. Yet this role offers the chance to realize ideas that matter to businesses in Vietnam, from established enterprises to promising SMEs.

What you will do
  • Responsible for implementing, optimizing, and managing features & products that empower businesses to effectively utilize the platform, on a large scale: manage & leverage business assets, business usage, CRM, enhance automation & bot...;
  • Drive the product development process, from ideation, and visible working plan, to launch and continuous improvement;
  • Monitor & identify customer needs and business opportunities to enhance the overall customer satisfaction;
  • Conduct market & competitors research to decide proper actions;
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders and cross-functional teams: developers, operations, business intelligence, business development to ensure the success of goals;
  • Support key accounts/ partners in system integration solutions.

What you will need
  • At least 3 years of experience in product development. Be familiar with working processes and tools in domain;
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset;
  • Experience in communication platform, integration, or/and automation will be a big plus;
  • Have knowledge in APIs application and technical is an advantage;
  • Good communication and collaboration skills;
  • Good English skills: writing & speaking (we work with businesses from other countries).
