Primary Admissions Manager
We are looking for an outstanding and experienced Primary Admissions Manager to join our passionate, dedicated, and experienced Admissions and Marketing Department. Reporting to the Director of Admissions and Marketing (DAM) the Primary Admissions Manager will be responsible for leading a primary admissions team, creating an outstanding experience for parents and students at all points in their school admissions journey from initial enquiry to the child’s first day in school in our primary campuses.
Key Responsibilities will include:

• To lead and develop a team of admission officers across two primary campuses, Early Years and Infant and Junior.
• To guide parents and students through the admissions process, making the experience positive, straightforward, and engaging throughout.
• To meet with prospective parents and give guided fully personalised tours in person and virtually of the school following the Admissions Excellence training of the NAE Family Experience Journey (FEJ).
• Nurturing a pipeline of potential parents, building an understanding of each familys needs and interests and sharing new information with the family to keep them interested in the school.
• Working closely with the Head of Early Years and Infant Campus and the Head of Junior Campus on the potential admission for every applicant.
• Ensuring that the schools brand and core messages are integrated throughout the entire admissions process.
• Planning and coordinating admission events including open days and new student orientation days and taking part in parent events.
• Working with the DAM and Secondary Admissions Manager to review school enrolment data, forecasting future student numbers, identifying opportunities and risks and develop plans to unlock and mitigate.
• Supporting the DAM and Secondary Admissions Manager in updating and maintaining admissions policies and processes and ensuring the team adhere to these policies.
• Being an advocate for the school, enhancing and building our reputation both locally and globally. You will work across our school community to embed a sense of community, pride and belonging encouraging retention of students and supporting families when they relocate out of Vietnam.

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of five years’ recent work experience in a related position such as Sales, Admissions, Marketing, or Customer Services is essential. Fluency and understanding in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication in English is essential.

Our 2023 cohort of 130 students achieved 70.2% of grades at A*/A with 98.5% of our students achieving A* - C in 5 or more subjects and 25 students achieving A*/A grades across all their subjects.
