Department Operations LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor) LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh City

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:
  • Interview and training Drivers; create driver account
  • Update Drivers information to Gofast tool
  • Manage warehouse, request uniform from Head Office, sold uniform for new drivers
  • Support drivers about issues: SPF Driver app, income, …
  • Check tickets, fraud to handle violating/fraud drivers, fraud orders
  • Control orders when bad weather
  • Fulfill daily, weekly report
  • Other tasks requested by the Line Manager
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in business, economics, or a related field
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management skill are must-haves
  • Proficiency in Office and Google applications is a must
  • Familiarity of using existing social media platforms
  • Fast-learning and open to change
  • Good team player with a can-do attitude
  • Passion to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English is a plus
