AwePlus Cx Transformation Sdn Bhd is working with a global legal technology application firm seeking technical writers to serve our global clients needs in preparing their application materials for the US audience.
Strong sensitivity in grammar, sentence structure, and formal English writing style is required for this position. Prior experience in publishing papers in academic venues are highly preferred for the selection criterion of this position.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above, preferably in English language majors or science majors
- Excellent English writing and reading skills (IELTS Writing 7.0 or above/equivalent)
- Experience in academic writing and/or technical writing, such as thesis, dissertation, papers, presentations, etc., is highly preferred
- Experience publishing first-authored papers is highly preferred
- Strong ability to decipher complicated scientific information and can summarize concepts effectively
- Great time management, must meet deadlines on a consistent basis
- High level of attention to detail and analytical skills to meet the quality assurance standards
This is a contract-based and 100% remote position. Youll need to use your own device (computer) with a stable internet connection.
Work Schedule: 1-week training (full day); post-training: projects due by 4 PM daily
Pay
- Training week: $100
- Post-training: $15 per case; Caseload: 5-10 cases/week (may increase depending on experience and project quality)
