We are looking for a talented individual fluent in both English and Vietnamese to join our remote team as a Customer Service Representative. This full-time position offers a stable, long-term project and the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities：

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints through phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information using the right tools
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain service standards

Working Shift and Schedule

  • Monday to Thursday: 9 am to 5 pm Vietnam Time
  • Saturday & Sunday: 7 am to 5 pm Vietnam Time
  • Enjoy a 6-day workweek with Fridays off

Requirements for the Role

  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese
  • Previous experience in customer support or client service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
