REPORT TO: Talent Acquisition Team Lead, Employer Branding & Early Careers

FUNCTION: Talent Acquistion - People Team

WORKING TIME: 9:00 - 18:00, Monday - Friday (Flexible working time)

WORKING LOCATION: Empress Tower, 138-142 Hai Ba Trung, Da Kao Ward, District 1.

SCOPE OF WORK:

  • Support to organize Mondelez Early Careers Programs - Taste The Future Internship, Management Trainee,..
  • Key in charge of conceptualizing and execution of visual/ graphic materials for Recruitment and Employer Branding Team.
  • Ideate and create content for communication activities in various channels.
  • Support in partnering with Student clubs, Universities, Ambassadors, etc
  • Support in planning & organizing internal & external events of the team both online and offline (engagement events, EB campaign, Career Fair, Workshop, Business Challenge, etc)
  • Support administrative tasks and payment (PR/PO/GR) assigned by Line Manager.
  • Support line manager in sourcing and phone screening assigned position (occasionally)

  • Proficiency in using design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Capcut & other design tools.
  • Have experience working on design/media/marketing teams or relevant scope in university time.
  • Senior students or fresh graduates can work full-time from Monday - to Friday & willing to work/ support job fairs, and events on the weekend when needed.
  • English Communication skill.
  • Good manners and experience in working with stakeholders.
  • Can be worked under pressure.
  • Agile, proactive, growth mindset and quickly adapt to new changes.
