Job Purpose

The job holder manage and take full responsibility for the business marketing activities of Division, including: 1. Business Marketing Planning and marketing performance management 2. Design marketing content for program/campaign 3. Marketing campaign management

Key Accountabilities (1) Business Marketing Planning and marketing performance management
  • Develop and embed overall marketing calendar detailing marketing activities and linking each campaign to strategy by economic segment, economic sectors/activities, customer groups...
  • Manage execution of marketing activities, budget, premium / stocks and provide update
  • Co-ordinate with related parties to build communication proposition and creation of perception for products, solutions, aligned with brand name and target customer insight
  • Drive preparation and implementation of NPS survey
  • Design, build, embed and manage customer loyalty program by collaborating with other divisions and/or partnerships
  • Develop KPIs and approach for assessment of marketing value. Monitor marketing programs and campaign performance / fulfilment

  • Minimum 12 years in the position related to financial analysis / credit / market research, marketing of finance and banking, minimum 6 years experience in people management roles
  • Prioritize work experience related to corporate customers
  • Mimimum TOEIC 700 or equivalent
