Job description
1. Manage and settle the company’s general expense (Printing; Tel/fax; Vehicle rental/parking; Stationary; Office rental, electricity & utilities, fix asset control; Office repairing; Postal)
2. Support foreign executives in:

  • Work permit/visa/residence card registration
  • Payment for business trip and work-related expense
  • Payment and control of benefit for executives and family
3. Provide guidance to colleagues about invitation, visa, work permit,… application process and requirements
4. Other office general affair jobs arising at any time

Job requirement:

  • Have 3 ~ 5 years of working experience in general affairs or administrative jobs
  • Good communication skills in both Vietnamese & English
  • Attention to detail, high sense of responsibilities
  • Willing to handle urgent tasks or work overtime
