Mô tả công việc:

  • Thực hiện các thủ tục tiếp nhận nhân sự mới;
  • Nhập hồ sơ nhân sự lên phần mềm SAP, triển khai ký kết HĐLĐ: ký mới, tái ký;
  • Kê khai bảo hiểm hàng tháng;
  • Chấm công, tính lương trên PM SAP;
  • Quyết toán thuế TNCN, hỗ trợ CBNV quyết toán thuế (nếu có);
  • Các công việc nhân sự khác theo sự điều động.

Yêu cầu ứng viên:

  • Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Nhân sự, có đam mê, định hướng trong mảng HR;
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm C&B quy mô công ty 500ns;
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm sử dụng phần mềm SAP
  • Hiểu biết về luật lao động, luật bảo hiểm;
  • Nhanh nhẹn, nhiệt tình, giao tiếp tốt;
  • Kỹ năng tin học văn phòng thành thạo;
  • Làm fulltime ( Thứ 2- Thứ 6 & sáng Thứ 7).
