We have a professional team of 13 partners and more than 350 professional staffs in offices located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

In order to meet the demand of our growing practices, we are looking for a qualified candidate to fill in a position of SENIOR BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE CONSULTANT supporting our Technology Solutions Consulting team of Ho Chi Minh City office. Detailed tasks of and required qualifications for this position are as follows:

Essential Duties

The Business Intelligence (BI) will work closely with the Solution Architecture to maintain and update the Data Warehouse (DW) based on business requirements. The role involves using BI tools, primarily Power BI, to create insightful visualizations and reports. A strong analytical mindset is essential to extract actionable insights from data and help drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the ERP Consultant to keep the Data Warehouse updated based on business needs.
• Create and manage reports and dashboards using Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide insights that support decision-making.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand data needs and develop reporting solutions.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and provide recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting.
• Train and support business users in using BI tools for self-service reporting.
• Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Qualification and preferred skills

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP, Accounting, HRM, or CRM systems.
• Proven experience in Business Intelligence (BI) or similar roles, ideally in retail or e-commerce environments.
• Minimum 3 years in a BI or data analytics role, with a strong background in data modeling, data visualization, and reporting
• Strong skills in Power BI to create interactive dashboards.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.
• Experience with SQL and querying databases for reporting and analysis.
• Experience working with Data Warehouses and collaborating with Data Engineers.
• Effective communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Knowledge of predictive analytics and data storytelling is a plus.
• Familiarity with retail industry trends and metrics is beneficial.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
