Job Description: 1. Data analytics:

• Lead analytics projects aimed at enhancing the Operation teams key performance, focusing on Customer Experience improvement, Fraud detection and Ops’s budget planning.
• Evaluate and define business metrics, oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive reports and dashboards to support Operation team’s ongoing and future needs
• Manage ad-hoc data requests through an efficient ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

2. Cross functional collaboration

• Lead the effort to communicate with stakeholders regularly to ensure seamless data and information flow from ideation to execution, tracking, and evaluation.
• Participate in strategic projects with Operation teams, provide data and insights to support decision making.

3. Leadership and innovation

• Lead and mentor a team of Business intelligence professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Business intelligence team
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities in data analysis, reporting, and project management.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics role with proven business impact, with 2+ years in leadership role, preferably in e-commerce.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills in English and Vietnamese
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with can do attitude
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the right metrics to describe the state of the business - both on a macro-level and a micro-level
• Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest trends in Business intelligence, analytics, and e-Commerce
• Hard-skills for Data Analytics:

+ Strong experience in SQL + Programming language : Python/R + Expertise in BI tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
