Role Overview: The Chief Investment Officer (CIO) will play a crucial role in driving our global expansion strategy. This executive will lead fundraising, manage investments, and design a scalable corporate structure to support our international footprint. The ideal candidate is an experienced finance leader with a strategic vision, a deep understanding of global financial markets, and the ability to secure and manage funds to fuel our growth.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Fundraising

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to support global expansion, including private equity, debt financing, and strategic partnerships.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and partners to secure funding.
• Ensure alignment of fundraising efforts with the companys mission and vision for sustainable growth.

Corporate Structure & Compliance

• Design and implement a robust corporate structure to support operations across multiple countries.
• Ensure compliance with international regulatory frameworks and tax laws to optimize financial performance.
• Collaborate with legal teams to oversee governance, regulatory, and compliance matters.

Investment & Portfolio Management

• Oversee investment opportunities, balancing risk and return to maximize value creation for the company.
• Lead mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures in alignment with Pizza 4Ps expansion plans.
• Develop and monitor key financial metrics, ensuring alignment with the company‘s growth objectives.

Financial Strategy & Planning

• Collaborate with the executive team to define long-term financial goals and strategies.
• Provide insights into market trends, economic forecasts, and risk factors affecting the global F&B sector.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure efficient use of capital.

Team Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing finance and investment team to support strategic objectives.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and innovation within the finance department..

Who you are

• Educational Background: MBA, CFA, or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years in senior finance or investment roles, with a proven track record of fundraising and managing international investments. Experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail is an advantage.
• Skills:

+ Strong knowledge of global financial markets and corporate structuring. + Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. + Strategic mindset with the ability to balance growth ambitions with risk management.

Ideal Candidates: 1. Current or former CIO or CFO at a fast-growing, global consumer brands, particularly those with successful international expansion. 2. Senior leaders from private equity firms with a focus on F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle investments 3. Senior Managing Directors or Directors from investment banks with a specialization in the F&B, hospitality, or consumer sector, those firms that have departments focused on consumer and retail industries, and some executives may be looking to transition to a corporate role.

4. CFOs or finance leaders from rapidly scaling F&B startups, particularly those that focus on sustainability or technology-driven consumer experiences, such as Sweetgreen, Chipotle, or Oatly.

• Competitive package:

- Basic salary: negotiable (10,000 USD - 20,000 USD/ month)
