Job Description Summary Job Description
Role Summary/Purpose:
Loading and unloading parts to the stripping line;
- Execution of chemical stripping cycles for gas turbine components as per the required technical specification;
- Refilling tanks when required;
- Preparation of components and equipment before process start(masking/blasting).
Essential Responsibilities:
Carry out qualifications and trials for development/implementation and process stability testing purpose in co-operation with process engineering;
- Carry out calibration on the equipment based on Q-instructions;
- Reporting errors and discrepancies to supervisor, engineering and production planners for the preparation and monitoring of NCRs, production orders, and adjustments;
- Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment and tools;
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Perform chemical waste handling according to EHS & authority regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in performing mechanical duties on industrial gas turbine components or similar industries;
- Experience in handling chemicals such as HCL, NaOH, FeCl including regulations;
- English language (Intermediate);
- Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes;
- Knowledge of common IT-tools and systems;
