Respond promptly with accurate information to customer inquiries regarding products and services of the organization. Must work onsite in Makati, Philippines....

Job Scope:

  • Respond promptly with accurate information to customer inquiries regarding products and services of the organization
  • Ensure all inquiries are answered in a professional and timely manner and transferred, where appropriate, to the relevant department
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken

Job Requirements:

  • Service minded personnel with interest in helping and working with customers
  • A positive individual with a `can do, results driven approach and attitude
  • Ability to deliver high levels of service with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work as part of a team, support colleagues and promote excellent team spirit
  • Demonstrate trust, openness and respect in dealings with people
  • Good problem-solving skills with calm and patient attitude
  • Must work onsite in Makati, Philippines
  • Salary range, open to negotiate : upto 80k php
  • Working hours: 12 hours per day with 2 hours break, 3 off days/week
  • Require Vietnamese native candidates
