  • Secure lease abstracting, refurbishment and handover of investments | lease acquisition | equity acquisition
  • Start-up FM operations
  • Secure business contingency management
  • Secure procure to pay (Schenker perspective)
  • Audit maintenance performance and database matching | reporting
  • Initiate accruals for dilapidation costs
  • Manage subleases to external
  • Tender, control and handover prolongations (leased)
  • Close leased property
  • Drive and manage smaller rental projects
  • Manage energy, furniture, technical utilities and security equipment frame contracts and sublease processes to external tenants
  • Secure data management for auditing processes

  • Bachelor degree or higher.
