  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process wholesale orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client transactions and interactions.
  • Provide administrative support for sales reports, presentations, and meetings.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues ly.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Prepare and distribute sales materials and product samples to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Good verbal & written communication by English
  • Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of the skincare or cosmetics industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
