  • Quản lý hoạt động sản xuất và tiến độ
  • Duy trì, cải tiến chất lượng sản xuất và các biện pháp ứng phó với lỗi sản phẩm, lỗi người thao tác
  • Thực hiện hoạt động đào tạo, kinh doanh, phát triển, cải tiến
  • Quản lý cơ sở vật chất
  • Duy trì và cải thiện an toàn tai nơi làm việc, điều kiện làm việc, 5S
  • Quản lý tiến độ sản xuất
  • Thiết lập, quản lý KPI bộ phận sản xuất

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:

  • Kỹ năng thiết lập mục tiêu, quản lý KPI
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp
  • Kỹ năng quản lý cấp cao
  • Các kỹ năng mềm của quản lý
  • Tiếng Nhật N2 và tiếng Anh TOEIC 650 trở lên
  • Kinh nghiệm:
  • 03 năm tại vị trí tương đương trở lên
  • Đại học quản trị kinh doanh hoặc tương đương
