Mô Tả Công Việc Lập trình viên Python Web trên nền Framework Odoo cho dự án khối khách hàng thị trường Nhật Tham gia vào quá trình phát triển, bảo trì, triển khai phần mềm quản trị doanh nghiệp Đọc hiểu các tài liệu mô tả yêu cầu người dùng Phối hợp với thành viên nhóm dự án, BA, Test, người dùng để triển khai dự án. Lên kế hoạch công nghệ và phát triển dựa trên phân công của leader Yêu Cầu Ứng viên có ít nhất 1.5 năm kinh nghiệm thực tế về Python Odoo trở lên. Có kĩ năng giải quyết vấn đề, tổ chức và quản lý thời gian tốt Khả năng research tốt, team work tốt. Hiểu biết về các công cụ quản lý version như Git hoặc tương đương. Không ngại học hỏi các công nghệ mới, ngôn ngữ lập trình mới. Thái độ cầu thị, ham học hỏi. Quyền Lợi LƯƠNG: Tối thiểu 13 tháng lương/năm. Xét TĂNG 2 lần/năm. THƯỞNG: thưởng Tết, thưởng dự án, thưởng ngày lễ, thưởng giới thiệu nhân sự... Phụ cấp thâm niên ( thời gian làm việc từ 2 năm trở lên). Tham gia các hoạt động học tập, đào tạo trong và ngoài công ty, tích điểm học tập, phát triển G Point trên hệ thống Quản lý của công ty. Nghỉ thứ 7, chủ nhật + 12 ngày phép/ năm. Câu lạc bộ và nhiều hoạt động văn hóa thể thao nghệ thuật được công ty tài trợ hoặc hỗ trợ (Ví dụ: Bóng đá, bóng bàn, cầu lông, bơi lội, âm nhạc, tiếng anh, game...) Đảm bảo sức khỏe: Khám sức khỏe định kỳ, hỗ trợ mua bảo hiểm sức khỏe chất lượng cao... Tham gia Chương trình bảo hiểm sức khỏe Rikkei Care.
