RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for developing network and systems’ maintenance and growth plans, managing the IT plan (OKRs, Budget forecasting), and consulting the executive team on the IT solutions that could help the company to succeed. Responsible for creating and administering disaster recovery plans that will keep the company functional in case unexpected events happen. Manage and maintain company IT policies and IT infrastructure: network, servers, virtualization, and all business software/ applications (Jira, Confluence, Social Intranet, Service Desks, Source code control (GIT, SVN), and other Back-office systems) to ensure durability and availability of these systems. Manage IT team regarding team and project management, training programs, and performance evaluation. Create, Manage, and Improve IT policies and the company’s policies, automation processes. Manage IT and Internal projects such as CRM, HRM, internal projects for digital transformation.. At least 2+ years experience in IT Manager or similar position in IT-related companies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are required. Comprehensive understanding of network architecture and network security. Experience in managing internet traffic for a large number of users (>300) is required. Experience in designing and implementing disaster recovery plans for business continuity is required. Strong project management skills and strong ability to prioritize tasks. Prior experience in managing software projects is required. Experience in Virtualization technology and container-based technology is required. Must be experienced in managing VMWare-based systems and docker-related systems. Experience in recent technologies such as CI/CD, Kubernetes, AI, Big Data, Cloud systems is a plus.
