Mô tả công việc:

(Mức lương: 8 - 10 triệu VNĐ)
  • Hỗ trợ giám sát trong quá trình vận hành ca
  • Tiếp nhận, xử lý và lưu trữ hàng lỗi
  • Giải quyết các sự vụ phát sinh liên quan đến các đơn hàng trả, hàng trong kho thông qua Mail, Team
  • Cập nhập, phản hồi tình hình xử lý đơn hàng trong ca thông qua mail, team,...
  • Lập danh sách, báo cáo theo ca, tuần, tháng
  • Hỗ trợ các bộ phận Inbound, Outbound giải quyết các công việc liên quan
  • Hỗ trợ leader xử lý các công việc khác theo sự hướng dẫn

Chức vụ: Nhân viên/Chuyên viên

Hình thức làm việc: Toàn thời gian

Quyền lợi được hưởng:

  • Mức thu nhập: 8- 10 triệu/ tháng
  • Môi trường làm việc sạch sẽ, thoáng mát , an toàn
  • 12 ngày phép năm, phép năm được thanh toán bằng tiền
  • Thưởng tháng lương 13, review lương 1 lần/ năm,

Yêu cầu công việc:

ứng viên
  • Nam/ Nữ dưới 35 tuổi
  • Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm vận hành - quản lý kho: trung tâm phân phối, kho thương mại điện tử, fulfillment. Chưa có kinh nghiệm được đào tạo
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên đến từ các kho trung tâm phân phối của Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Sendo ... hoặc các kho thương mại điện tử hoạt động tương đương.
  • Sử dụng được máy tính và các ứng dụng tin học văn phòng
  • Kỹ năng quản lý, sắp xếp nhân sự
  • Giao tiếp tự tin, trung thực, cẩn thận và năng động;
  • Sức khoẻ tốt
  • Làm việc ca đêm cố định ( 22h-6h30), nghỉ 1 ngày/tuần luân phiên không cố định
