Department Operations LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor) LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh City

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:
  • Manage total data of Outsource Labour (OLM) performance metrics for both internal & external control.
  • Perform weekly/monthly reviews on OLM performance by region, proactively reach out related PICs & cross-check data for insights.
  • Work on analysis & insights to improve operations & performance.
  • Closely monitor Vendor performance & propose tactics/strategy to optimize fulfillment, quality, pricing.
  • Monitor & improve OLM tools & process with external teams & vendors for efficiency & compliance.
  • Own team planning & back-up plan base on volume forecast & external factors.
  • Keep track of team member performance.
  • Drive initiatives to constantly improve overall quality & performance of outsourced manpower.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in related disciplines, previous experience in project managing is a plus.
  • Excellence in data analysis, reports and presentation.
  • Good communication skills both verbal & written in Vietnamese and English.
  • Superior problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross function and at multi levels.
  • Able to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Logical and critical thinking, always seek to triangulate data & insights from different views.
  • Good attention to details.
