  • Analyze Sorting Center operations, identify opportunities in the processes, drive initiatives with relevant stakeholders to maximize the efficiency, eliminate the waste of physical resources, time, effort.
  • Lead and manage projects outcome to achieve aligned goals, based on drive cross-functional alignment on operational priorities.
  • Analyze the project cost and potential risks, propose the best options with rationale.
  • Continuously monitors milestones, being responsible for reports and ensure achieve to project objectives.
  • Prepare campaign planning, identify functional capacity, key bottlenecks and actively design migration plan.
  • Monitor functional KPIs, metrics. Collect insights and work with stakeholders to improve key metrics.
  • Assist the Line Manager with any other tasks that may be assigned
Requirements:
  • 2+ year-experience in Project Owner role, have experience in Sorting Center, Logistic, Supply Chain.
  • Excellent in communication and stakeholder management skills, being active to connect with relevant stakeholders
  • Strong data driven mindset and logical thinking
  • Advanced Excel skill with knowledge in Power Query, Power Pivots
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated with can-do attitude
