REQUIREMENT:
  • At least 1 year of work experience in customer service on Ecommerce Channel: Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, Tiktok platforms.
  • Enthusiastic, honest and responsible.
  • Willing to listen, advise, and answer customers questions.
  • Proficient in office.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Can communicate by English or Chinese. BENEFIT:
