Mô tả công việc:

(Mức lương: 13 - 15 triệu VNĐ)
  • Quản lý các công đoạn sản xuất
  • Xây dựng và đào tạo nhân viên về các nội dung liên quan đến sản xuất và an toàn sản xuất.
  • Giám sát việc thực hiện để đảm bảo an toàn trong vận hành, tuân thủ các quy định và quy chế của công ty
  • Kiểm soát và hướng dẫn việc sắp xếp tiến độ sản xuất và chất lượng các công đoạn
  • Báo cáo cấp trên về tình hình sản xuất, năng suất, nhân sự và chất lượng sản phẩm: định kỳ và khi có bất thường. Tổng hợp các báo cáo định kỳ
  • Kiểm tra tình hình hoạt động của thiết bị và hàng hóa
  • Quản lý và sắp xếp sự phối hợp của nhân viên trong nhóm
  • Cải thiện năng suất/cải thiện tỷ lệ lỗi, hợp lý hóa hoạt động sản xuất, quản lý điều kiện chế biến.
  • Soạn thảo hướng dẫn và quy trình làm việc tại nơi làm việc
