  • Prepare/declare customs declaration documents, including Invoice, Packing list, CO and other related documents for IM-EX shipment.
  • Calculating DIM/CBM and updating export shipment data for warehouse loading/delivery arrangements.
  • Control the local charges (demmurage, detention, storage charge).
  • Follow up on outsourcing contracts.
  • Tracking and handling monthly debit notes for logistics service.
  • Making detailed import-export monthly report.
  • Working with relevant departments for arising issue.
  • Other duties as assigned by leader.
